KTTV Fox 11 Interview with Dr. Henry “Nick” Nicholas and Marcella Leach on Marsy's Law

Dr. Henry “Nick” Nicholas and his mother Marcella Leach were interviewed on KTTV Fox 11 in Los Angeles about Marsy’s Law. They were guests May 17 on the Midday Sunday show hosted by Emmy award-winning crime reporter Tony Valdez, who also reports on Fox 11’s “L.A.’s Most Wanted” news segment.

As you know, Nick and Marcella are the brother and mother of murder victim Marsalee (Marsy) Nicholas. They were interviewed at length by Tony about the history of Justice for Homicide Victims, which was co-founded by Marcella, and about Marsy’s Law, the strongest, most comprehensive Victims’ Rights Amendment to any state constitution.

They explained the compelling rationale behind the Victims’ Rights movement, the strong protections now afforded to victims in California and the hope that these rights can one day be extended to all Americans.

You can see the interview on YouTube, where many of Mr. Valdez’s interviews are posted.
